How we collect Personal Data: from you directly or from others within your business organisation (we may also be provided with your business contact details by our other clients or mutual contacts that believe you would be interested in our services). What do we use your Personal Data for: to perform agreed services for your business, to advise you of our services that may be of interest to you and to generally build (what we hope will be) a productive and long-standing business relationship with you. How long do we keep your Personal Data for:  we keep your Personal Data for as long as we are performing agreed services for your business and also afterwards, so that we can keep in touch with you for any future requirements. We review our contacts at least once each year to ensure that they remain current and remove those that have clearly lapsed.
